ReMed serves a variety of clients within its continuum of care. ReMed serves clients with Mild, Moderate and Severe Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injuries; Dual Diagnosis; Vestibular Issues; Drug & Alcohol Issues; and Behavior Issues. ReMed’s client population is served by a continuum of care that includes Residential Settings, Community Re-entry Settings, and Outpatient Services. The Mayo Portland Adaptability Index 4 (MPAI-4) is the backbone of ReMed's outcomes measurement system because of its focus on function rather than impairment. It is a robust evaluation tool that is the product of 15 years of research. The MPAI is normed on a national sample of individuals with acquired brain injury.
