Comprehensive Evaluation
ReMed’s Field Evaluation takes
place in an individual’s home and community and assesses issues
specific to how a person is
functioning in the current
environment. The evaluator will
follow an individual through his/her daily routine and make recommendations regarding current level of function, support within the current living environment, and future medical and therapeutic needs. Following a Field Evaluation, recommendations will be made for accommodating the individual (and caregivers) for continued success and productive day to day life.
The Field Evaluation is especially helpful in planning for long term needs.
Field Evaluation

Neuropsychological Evaluation
A Neuropsychological Evaluation is critical for understanding overall brain function following brain injury. An effective evaluation shows how the injury specifically affects an individual’s thinking and behavior. Neuropsychological Evaluation is especially important following a mild brain injury, when the effects of injury may be subtle and easily confused with other factors like PTSD, stress, anxiety or depression.
Neuropsychological Evaluation is critical for monitoring the course of recovery and effectiveness of rehabilitation.
Vocational Evaluation
Vocational Evaluation is designed to assess an individual’s vocationally related aptitudes, interests and attitudes. Providing a basis for the development of specific goals,
determining potential for training
and placement, and recommended vocational pursuits are all critical
elements to a vocational evaluation.
