Karen McGinnis is a dynamic business leader that relies on 30 plus years of diverse health care experience to lead ReMed’s Business Development, Marketing and Admissions Team to various growth initiatives throughout the company. She has a proven track record of achieving results while focusing on the needs of the marketplace and driving financial accountability. Prior to joining ReMed Karen was the National Leader of Clinical Strategy and Innovation and Strategic Relationship Development at BAYADA Home Health Care with a strong focus on post-acute partnerships. In this position she established a sales process and playbook for transitions of care. She provided innovative solutions to address care coordination challenges through development and hardwiring processes to integrate teams and improve outcomes. She is skilled at providing innovative, effective solutions to the challenges presented in the constantly evolving healthcare industry today while keeping a mission based, client-centric focus.
Karen has extensive experience in clinical, business development, management, along with operations in running a successful legal consulting business. Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and her graduate work focused in health administration.
When Karen is not working she enjoys family, gardening and spending time at the beach.
