A leader and an advocate with a strong voice for improving service and access.

Well known for making many contributions to the field of brain injury based on what she has accomplished in her 28 years at ReMed, Vicki is responsible for developing ReMed’s training, quality assessment and outcome systems, along with ensuring ReMed’s ongoing compliance with accreditation and licensure requirements. Active in a number of forums in the State of Pennsylvania she is a strong voice and advocate for improving services and access to services for people with brain injuries. She was instrumental in the development of the PARF Outcomes Benchmarking Project which began in 2004. In 2009, Ms. Eicher was awarded the Individual Distinguished Service Award by the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (PARF) and received the Leadership Award from the Brain Injury Association of PA in 2013 in recognition of her substantial contributions to the brain injury field. She currently is the Chair of the PA TBI Advisory Board, and has been a CARF surveyor for over 17 years. She has worked for ReMed for the past 28 years, and has worked in the field of brain injury rehabilitation for the past 30 years as a social worker, staff trainer and quality and outcomes specialist.
